For the 11th consecutive year, some of the nation’s top chefs have, this week, taken part in the final of the UK South Asian Chef Competition (SACC).

Eight chefs from throughout the UK took to the kitchen at Bradford College’s The Grove Restaurant, to battle it out for the prestigious title. (more…)

With the Rugby World Cup 2015 starting in a week’s time, we are pleased to announce that for certain matches we will be extending our normal opening hours:

Saturday 19th September: Ireland vs Canada, Millennium Stadium | 12pm – 2.30pm and 6pm – 12am

Sunday 20th September: Wales vs Uruguay, Millennium Stadium | 12pm – 2.30pm and 6pm – 11pm

Badged as the ‘Chef’s Oscars’, the Craft Guild of Chefs Awards took place in a glittering ceremony at London’s Park Lane Hilton on Monday 15th June.

BBC TWO’s Great British Menu is back and this year the chefs must plate up perfection, as they fight it out for the chance to cook at a glorious banquet celebrating 100 years of The Women’s Institute.

In the tenth series of this popular programme, Stephen is honoured to be representing Wales and ‘flying the flag’ for Moksh in the regional heats, which are to air later this year.  Set to appear alongside Adam Bannister of Slice, Swansea and Phil Carmichael of Berners Tavern, London; we are looking forward to seeing our Chef’s imaginative culinary skills in action!
