Wahid Ali Shaikh – Corporate Head Chef Ali has worked in the restaurant industry for many years. After moving to the UK 13 years ago, he has worked with Chef Stephen Gomes, both as a Corporate Head Chef for Cafe Naz, the Head Chef in Moksh and a Chef partner in the soon to be opened SG: Food Studio.
Monirul Islam – General Manager Monirul has worked in Moksh for the past 6 years and is the General Manager. He has a Masters in Business Administration.
Clynton Marks – Food & Beverage Director Well known and highly respected within the Cardiff restaurant scene, Clynton has been working with and managing some of the most popular outlets for the past 13 years. Extremely passionate about the industry, he has studied Hospitality Management, has five BTEC degrees and is a qualified chef.
Valerie Markwick – Staff Development & Relationship Manager With extensive experience in the Catering and Hospitality industry, Valerie ensures that all Food Hygiene regulations are up to date; and that all staff are trained in Food Hygiene, customer service and health and safety.
Debra Nightingale – Corporate Chef Deborah has recently joined the team having worked in the restaurant & catering industry for many years. Deborah has worked with Chef Stephen Gomes in the past and will be an integral part of Chef Stephen Gomes team both as a Corporate Chef for SG: Food Studio and Moksh.
