For the 11th consecutive year, some of the nation’s top chefs have, this week, taken part in the final of the UK South Asian Chef Competition (SACC).

Eight chefs from throughout the UK took to the kitchen at Bradford College’s The Grove Restaurant, to battle it out for the prestigious title. (more…)

As thousands of nominations were received for the inaugural Food Awards Wales, we are pleased to announce that Moksh has been shortlisted in the Best Indian Restaurant category.

The awards aim to recognise the hard work and efforts of the Welsh food industry.  Accolades include restaurants, takeaways, gastro pubs, hotel restaurants, cafes and bistros, as well as shine the spotlight on the wonderful local producers who supply their delicious ingredients.

In a glittering ceremony, the third Welsh Asian Women’s Achievement Awards (WAWAA) took place on Saturday 25th April in City Hall, Cardiff.  Attended by over 300 people, it was a truly inspirational evening, celebrating the outstanding achievements of Asian women living in Wales.
